As your customers change their email address, you lose the ability to effectively communicate with them. CityTwist’s ECOA allows you to update your undeliverable (invalid) email addresses with a fresh new deliverable email address.

• Similar to our Email Append, you send us a file of your undeliverable email addresses. Although not required, your results will be improved if you’re able to provide the corresponding name and postal address for each of the email subscribers.

• During the matching process, we will append an updated email address to your file and will broadcast a “Welcome Back” email to your customers. This will reintroduce the benefit of allowing you to communicate with them at their new address, and afford them the option to decline email communication.

• You are only charged for the records that we are able to deliver and have not declined.
